the dizzy frontier of who is entitled to receive the money from all these taxes, this immense amount of taxes and sales of licenses and prices from the controllers, the bureocracy of public employess who do not seek general profits, but to fullfill their own duties or corrupt.

I was reading about rotten money?
So they nicknamed the legal privatizing-money from the unstatization of the localgovernments investments.
This "rotten money" which is rotten debts that will not pay, but fake the numbers and you can fake the buying and in the end we both got a bit closer to reality. thats what they say.
They say before the public businesses would charge less to prevent their printing of money (as long-credit from BNDEs) from leaking to private or foreign power (in inflation price)
but how do we pay credit?
